I'm not going to lie: I don't like heights! When I went to Mato Tipila (aka Devil's Tower) in Wyoming, I saw a tiny speck upon the rock and pulled out a zoom lens to see what it was. I saw groups of climbers waaaaaay up on the rocks, climbing with the same casualness I would display when walking across a parking lot.

For perspective, zoom in to the shot below. See the tiny human circled? That gives you some idea as to how BIG this thing is and how small the people are by comparison. The woman in the top most shot was on one of the curves at the base of the tower.
The second shot is of a climber easily 2/3 of the way to the top and taking shelter from the considerable winds that were blowing that day.
