Proof of aliens in Tucson?

I made this photograph while prowling around on Mt. Lemmon near Tucson, Arizona. Something weird is afoot here! Part of this strange series of rock formations looks like a giant forearm and hand. Some of it looks like it has Mayan carvings on it, parts look petroglyphs.
