Brackenridge Park Conductors

I rode this train (or rather, its' previous incarnation) when I was a child through Brackenridge Park in San Antonio, Texas in the mid-1960s. I took a walk through the park 50 years or so later and found the train still chugging along, taking cartfuls of tourists through the woods.

I hated San Antonio when I was growing up. Going back there with my camera taught me to see it in a new way and find the beauty I missed during a not-so-fun childhood.
