Blooming trees

Yellow flowers blooming on a tree in Queretaro in the spring of 2019. We visited Queretaro (usually abbreviated QRO) looking for a new place to live. Lovely city, but just not a fit for us. No clue what this tree is called. There are so many beautiful blooming plants and trees here that I cannot identify.
